1. General Policy
At BloxFox, we strive to provide instant delivery of digital in-game items with the highest quality service. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Failed Delivery: If the purchased item was not delivered to your account within 24 hours of purchase (excluding game platform maintenance or server issues)
- Wrong Item: If you received a different item than what was purchased
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged multiple times for a single order
- Technical Errors: If a system error resulted in an incorrect transaction
- Account Issues: If delivery failed due to our error in processing your account information
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after successful delivery
- Items delivered correctly but later lost due to game platform actions (bans, account issues, etc.)
- Incorrect account information provided by the customer
- Items purchased during sales or promotional events (unless specified otherwise)
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Items that have been used, transferred, or consumed in-game
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue
- Include any relevant screenshots or proof of the problem
- Allow 24-48 hours for our team to review your request
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or store credit instead of a full refund. This may occur when an item was partially delivered, or when a compromise solution is more appropriate. All partial refund decisions are made at our discretion.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension or termination. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before taking such action.
7. Replacement Policy
In some cases, we may offer to replace a defective or incorrectly delivered item instead of issuing a refund. Replacement items will be delivered to the same account within 24-48 hours of approval.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Credit card refunds typically appear within 1-2 billing cycles.
